Gotha Update

2025-2026 be the ONE.

Week of May 4, 2026

Be the ONE - 1% from the “A”

Spring testing is here, and we ended last year incredibly close to reaching our goal. We are just 1% away from earning an A grade. This milestone reflects the dedication, resilience, and hard work of our students, staff, and families over the last few years.

We want to sincerely thank you for your continued support. From ensuring students are present and prepared each day to encouraging their best efforts, your partnership makes a meaningful difference.

This week is an important opportunity for our students to show what they know. They have spent months building skills, growing in confidence, and rising to challenges. Now is the time to put that hard work into action.

We are proud of every student and all the progress they’ve made. As we move through testing, we encourage each child to stay focused, give their best effort, and believe in their abilities.

Staff Appreciation

Total RAD Staff Appreciation Week

A huge shoutout to our incredible community and PTO for planning and bringing to life an radical 80s-themed Staff Appreciation Week! From the throwback vibes to the thoughtful touches, you’ve made our staff feel celebrated in the most tubular way.

We encourage all of our families to join in the fun by taking a moment this week to thank a teacher or staff member. A quick note, kind word, or small gesture can go a long way.

Our school simply wouldn’t be what it is without the dedication, passion, and heart of our amazing staff. They truly are the stars of the show!

Elective Night

Join us this Thursday evening for Elective Night!

This is a great opportunity for students and families to review current course selections, explore all of our elective offerings, and make any changes if needed. Whether your child is confident in their choices or still deciding, this event is designed to help them find the best fit for their interests and goals.

We look forward to seeing you there!

OCPS Code of Student Conduct Updates

As always, the OCPS Code of Student Conduct can be found HERE.

As we move through our upcoming testing weeks, we recognize that changes to the bell schedule and the testing environment can sometimes feel stressful for students.

To support their well-being, please note that early dismissal after your child has completed testing for the day is at parent discretion. If you feel that an early pickup is in your child’s best interest, you are welcome to do so.
