Gotha Update

2025-2026 be the ONE.

Week of March 30, 2026

Let’s Go

Did You Know?

Do you know someone looking for a school where students are truly excited to learn and grow each day? As an Open Seat Transfer school, we welcome families who want to be part of something special. Our campus is filled with energy, pride, and a genuine love for learning—where students feel connected, supported, and inspired to succeed. If you know someone searching for a place where their child will thrive and look forward to coming to school every day, invite them to join our amazing community!

State BEST Writing Assessment - TUESDAY

Here’s how you can help set your student up for success:

  • Make sure they get plenty of rest the night before
  • Make sure they eat a healthy breakfast to fuel their brain
  • Encourage them to follow all testing rules—stay focused and do their best

Reminder: We will be on an altered bell schedule on test day, so plan accordingly.

We can’t wait for them to show off all the hard work we’ve been doing this year.

Literacy News

WOW! We are SO proud of our students and families—together we’ve logged an incredible 142,084 minutes on Beanstack! That’s a whole lot of reading and a whole lot of learning happening beyond the classroom!

Let’s keep the momentum going! Grab a book, read together as a family, and don’t forget to log those minutes. Every page counts as we work toward our BIG goal of 500,000 minutes by April 30th!

We know we can do it—because this community shows up, supports each other, and makes reading a priority. Let’s finish strong!

OCPS Code of Student Conduct Updates

As always, the OCPS Code of Student Conduct can be found HERE.

As we enter testing season, we know this time of year can bring added stress for some students. Sometimes that stress can show up in unexpected ways—like pushing boundaries or forgetting expectations.

We want to remind everyone that our Code of Conduct remains in place, and it’s important that students continue to make smart, positive choices each day. With support from both school and home, we can help our students stay focused, confident, and successful.

Thank you for partnering with us to keep our school environment safe, respectful, and focused during this important time!
